Cu Bochan is in fact a mythical hellhound who stalked the residents of the village of Tomatin for centuries. The whisky named in its honour is a lightly peated whisky. 46%/vol

Orkney. Aromatic smoky peat whisky with hints of sweet heather honey, winter spices and rich fruit cake. 40%/vol
 
Singleton of Dufftown 12yr
Mellow dram with hints of hazelnuts, blackberries and coffee. 40%/vol
 
Aberfeldy 12yr
A fruity, clean and polished malt with a touch of honey and spice. 40%/vol
 
Dalmore 12yr

Tomatin 12yr
Matured in Bourbon barrels and Virgin Oak casks brings a light sweetness to Tomatin whisky which boasts aromas of vanilla, marshmallow, pineapple and lemon. Gentle flavours of candy, pine, lemon sherbet, apples and sponge cake with a light, clean finish. 40%/vol
 
Old Pulteney 12yr
Wick, north Scotland. Deep amber, red golden colour sparkling with a copper glow. Medium to high intensity aroma with a briny hint of sea air. Dry, medium bodied and smooth, honey and cream, faintly salty with a slight spicy note and a sweet long-lasting finish. 40%/vol

Glengoyne 15yr
Dumgoyne, near the Trossachs. Light golden whisky slowly aged in sherry casks giving a delicious whisky with hints or spiced orange, plum jam, red apples, cinnamon, oak, spice, cocoa and grapefruit. 40%/vol
 
Glenkinchie 12yr
Pentcaitland, The Edinburgh whisky. Bright golden whisky, light with vanilla, sweet floral notes and creamy lemon butter icing. 40%/vol
 
Auchentoshan 12yr
Dumbartonshire. Triple distilled Lowland whisky. Elegant and refined, with notes vanilla and almonds. 40%/vol
 

ISLAY MALTS
 
Islay 8yr
Islay also known as the Queen of the Hebrides has several distilleries. This malt is a peaty, smokey amber whisky. 40%/vol.
 
Ardbeg 10yr
The whisky is spicy, sweet and smoky, perfect for those who love peaty whisky. 40%/vol
 
Bowmore 12yr
This is a creamy single malt matured solely in first-fill bourbon casks. Sweet vanilla notes blend deliciously with Bowmore's classic notes of coastal peat and citrus fruit. 40%/vol
